CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT POLICY AGREEMENT ShannaLeigh Aesthetics 💳 Card on File: A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation, no-show, or policy violation occurs as outlined below. 🚫 Cancellation Policy: •A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. •Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. •Appointments canceled with proper notice will not be charged. •Online cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. •Cancellations made within 24 hours must be communicated directly and remain subject to the late cancellation fee. ⛔️ No-Show Policy: A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice. •No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⏰ Late Policy: •Please arrive on time. As a solo provider, I do not have buffer time between appointments. •Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. •Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in cancellation and will be treated as a no-show, subject to the 100% fee. ShannaLeigh Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, contraindications, or failure to comply with policies. First-time clients must book the New Client Glow Facial. Appointments booked incorrectly may be adjusted or canceled. Thank you for your understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
